Just an update for those who might veture to adjust the injection, I did so by turning it in about a 1/4 turn from stock and my son's motor siezed yesterday... Seems stock injection setting with 65 or 67.5 main is the safe bet.
Yeah it should really be done with a dial indicator and despite what the clymer manual says you really can't adjust it while the bike is running. Too much vibration. I tried to find the ideal setting and just ended up pulling off the gear and running pre-mix.
